This UBEC module functions as an external switch mode voltage regulator, enabling direct power supply to your receiver and servos from the main battery, eliminating the need for a separate receiver battery pack. It supports an input voltage range of 7-25.5V, compatible with 2-6S LiPo and 6-16 cell NiMH/NiCd battery packs. Ideal for large RC electric fixed-wing airplanes and electric helicopters using 4S or higher batteries, it provides selectable DC output voltages of 5.0V, 6.0V, or 7.4V (adjusted via jumper cap) to reliably power receivers, servos, and other onboard equipment. Incorporating a synchronous rectifying switching control chip, this regulator achieves efficiency levels up to 93%. It offers a continuous 6A output (8A peak for under 15 seconds) and includes over-current and overheat protection for consistent operation. An anti-interference loop on the output line reduces electromagnetic noise, helping maintain consistent signal quality for the receiver.
